Sometimes life can be too much to handle by yourself. Seeking help is brave and if you are looking for a caring partner to make important changes in your life, I am here to help. Whether your struggles include anxiety, depression, past trauma, emotional management, grief, substance use, difficulty in relationships or career issues we can find a way to wellness. The most important step in therapy is cultivating a trusting relationship between the therapist and the client. We will start by finding comfort in our sessions. We will seek to find the most effective therapeutic techniques that work for you.
My Style
I bring years of life experience and current training in Person-Centered, (CBT) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (DBT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Anger Management, (EMDR) Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing to the table.
If you happen to be neurodiverse or have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, I have specialized training to assist in reducing your symptoms of depression/anxiety and can assist with life coaching, social skill training, and career development. I have years of experience with young adults and mid-career professionals in finding their purpose and career direction. I offer a free half-hour phone consultation to see if we are a ‘good fit’ and begin to define your goals for therapy.
